There will be a special meeting held at the main station on Wednesday April, 30th at 1:00pm to discuss and approve the documents to be submitted for the Mason County August elections regarding the merger between District 17 (Hama Hama Fire) and District 18 (Hoodsport Fire).
Mason County Fire Protection District No. 17 is placing a proposition before the voters on August 5, 2025, authorizing the merger of District 17 into Mason County Fire Protection District No. 18. The Fire District is accepting names of people interested in participating in voter pamphlet statement pro and con committees.
